Here's what to expect - before and after you become a client.
Before you become a client
We want to make sure we're the right fit for each other. Here's how that process works.
Step 1 - Get to know how we think.
Before you fill out anything, we'd encourage you to spend a few minutes with Ten Minutes Wealthier, our podcast. We put together an introductory series that walks through our planning and investing philosophy - it'll give you a real sense of whether our approach resonates before we ever talk.
Our short questionnaire takes about two minutes. It helps you identify what you're looking for and helps us match you with the right advisor on our team. At the end, you'll choose who you'd like to connect with and book a time directly on their calendar.
Your first call is a 30-minute, no-pressure conversation. We want to hear about where you are, what's on your mind, and what you're hoping to accomplish. You'll get a feel for how we work - and we'll both know pretty quickly if this is a good fit.
Once You're a Client
If we decide to move forward together, here's what the relationship looks like.
Step 1 - We dig in.
We'll have a series of focused conversations to understand your full financial picture - your income, expenses, assets, goals, tax situation, and what a secure future actually looks like for you. We take the time to get this right.
Step 2 - Your plan is built and stress-tested.
With your information in hand, we build your financial plan and run it through multiple scenarios - different market environments, different timelines, different life changes. The goal is a plan you can count on, not just one that looks good in a spreadsheet.
Step 3 - Strategy meets execution.
Once your plan is in place, we implement it. For clients who choose to have us manage their investments, we construct a portfolio built around your specific goals and timeline - not a generic allocation.
Step 4 - We stay with you.
Your plan isn't a document that sits on a shelf. We monitor it regularly and meet with you to adjust for new goals, life changes, and shifting circumstances. The work doesn't stop when the plan is built.
